Contact Us βHow We Create Change
We empower women with knowledge, skills, and confidence to advocate for their rights, engage duty bearers, and participate equally in decision making. By strengthening community platforms and fostering inclusive leadership, we drive increased representation and ensure women's voices shape policies and governance across Zimbabwe.
Training
We build the capacity of aspiring women leaders, women in the communities and women leaders at national and sub-national level through comprehensive training programs that cover political and economic literacy, policy analysis, campaign management and personal empowerment.
Advocacy & Policy
We champion gender-responsive legislation and policies at local, national, and regional levels through strategic advocacy campaigns, parliamentary engagement, and coalition building to ensure women's voices shape every decision.
Community Engagement
We go where the women are. Our grassroots mobilization reaches women in rural and peri-urban communities, creating safe spaces for dialogue, sharing rights and opportunities, and building local networks of women leaders.
The WiPSU Way
Three commitments that shape our work and define our community
Empower Women, Build Confidence
We commit to equipping women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead, advocate, and participate meaningfully in decision making spaces.
Amplify Voices, Drive Representation
We commit to strengthening platforms that amplify womenβs voices, ensuring their equal representation in policies, leadership, and governance structures.
Our Door is Open
Our door is open to all women regardless of location, race, tribe or political affiliation. We are a feminist organisation committed to advancing womenβs rights and leadership.
Making an Impact
Every number represents a life transformed, a barrier broken, and a step closer to gender equality in Zimbabwe
WiPSU gave me the training, confidence, and network I needed to run for local council. Today, I'm serving my community and advocating for the issues that matter to women.

Before WiPSU, I never thought I could speak in public or understand policy documents. Now I'm leading community dialogues and mentoring other young women to step into politics.
Tendai Ncube
Community Organizer, Matabeleland South | WiPSU Leadership Program 2023
The mentorship program connected me with an experienced female MP who guided me through my first campaign. I wouldn't be where I am today without the WiPSU sisterhood.
